At NovelKeys, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your mechanical keyboard gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. Please note that certain products like lubricants and custom-built items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Verify that your items are within the 30-day window and remain in their original packaging with all components included.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to initiate a return.

  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and apply the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box.

  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
